Loved my stay! The room was super clean, and I appreciated the little details. It’s right across from a lively club The staff was attentive, especially when I needed help with my bags. Breakfast spots nearby added a nice touch to the experience. ⭐️

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by vibrant nightlife. The staff stood out, especially a gentleman who went out of his way to find us a quieter room, making our stay more enjoyable. However, the room was sparsely equipped, lacking basic items like mugs for the tea provided, and it can get quite noisy at night due to nearby clubs with loud music. Additionally, the hotel shows signs of wear, with some common areas needing better upkeep.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything! One staff gentleman went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring we switched to a quieter room the next day. Their luggage storage service was really helpful when we arrived early and checked out late. Overall, we appreciated the spacious room and the friendly nature of the staff, which made our vacation enjoyable!

However, the noise from nearby nightlife was quite disruptive at night, which may not suit light sleepers.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend break in Playa del Carmen with value for money. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool, it felt like my own personal space! Ask for a room away from the noise if you're a light sleeper.
